Corporate social responsability projects

Some of the biggest and impactful corporate projects on which I was able to collaborate.

Faurecia x F.U.E.L.S

Subject: The North America Presidents have a message for you!

This year, we are penning a milestone in the FUELS history. We’re celebrating the campaign’s 10th anniversary!
That’s right, for a whole decade, Faurecians have helped write the story of their communities by raising money, donating food and investing time. Together, we have provided more than 7.6 million meals to our neighbors in Canada, Mexico and the U.S.! Now is not the time to stop.
We’re shaking things up a bit for our annual September food drive. As a region, Faurecia North America will work together to raise 1,000,000 meals and contribute 4,200 volunteer hours in one month. But here’s the twist: Divisions will compete against each other to see who can raise the most!
With bragging rights at stake, your division leadership has accepted the challenge and they need your support!
FUELS 2019: Be part of our Story!

Discover the message from our Presidents: Hadi AWADA, Nik ENDRUD, Donald HAMPTON, Kevin LAMMERS and Collin MALCOLM.

Faurecia Sustainable Future

Subject: Faurecia Sustainable Future: Let's Change the World together!

Being a leader in Sustainable Mobility is more than innovative fuel cells or large-scale carbon reduction, it’s a cumulative effort to leave the world a better place than the current state. Those efforts are not always easy or simple, but they are conscious actions taken to be better. The recently launched Faurecia Sustainable Future initiative is a way for each of us be more conscious about the impact our actions have and take better care of the planet, aligning our everyday actions to our company’s environmental convictions.

When it comes to the environment, we can be all agents of change,
and the best place to start is with small daily acts.
The new work cafes have invigorated each floor with a vibrant energy. We hope the collaborative areas not only inspire conversation, but also new perspectives. We encourage you to break old habits and #TakeThePledge to choose a sustainable mug to enjoy your beverage. By choosing to refill and reuse mugs, we can all be positive stewards of the environment and support the sustainable transition within the company.
THE MUG CHALLENGE

Are you up for the challenge? #TakeThePledge and enter the February Mug Challenge as we work to reduce the amount of single-use, disposable drinkware (i.e. Styrofoam mugs, plastic water bottles and pop) consumed on campus.

Starting February 1st refill your sustainable mug, water bottle or tumbler to have a zero-waste drink day. Each day you don’t throw away any drink items, mark your calendar as a win for both you and the planet!

At the end of February, send us a picture of your mug and completed calendar to SUSTAINABLEFUTURE@FAURECIA.COM with the subject line “WASTE CHALLENGE XX days of success!” Participants with the highest numbers of days will be entered to win a sustainable prize.

*Recycling plastic pop or water bottles does not count toward a sustainable day. Recycling of aluminum cans doescount toward a sustainable day. You do not need a Faurecia mug to participate, any reusable drinkware counts! *Calendar attached in PDF
This transition would not be possible without you!
We value your support and thank you for partnering with us.
Let's change the world together!

As one the biggest Corporate Social initiative, the Faurecia annual FUELS campaign aims to give back to the community. Faurecia beleives companies must have a positive impact on society.

F.U.E.L.S provides fundraising and volunteering apportunities to employees and fixed concrete objectives to reach.

Last year the campaign brought over 1 millions meals and 4K volunteer hours across the North America Region.

I was able to lead the internal and business communication on this project as a member of the committee. The Campaign was a big success and publications created virality on Instagram and Facebook.

My main role for this project were:

  2. Campaign vidéo production
  3. Newsletters
  4. Intranet platform

The project Faurecia Sustainable Future was launch in 2019 in order to improve the Sustainability of the Headquarters of Faurecia North America.

Insights: How to have more sustainable impact on environement as a company?

The conclususion: Starting from advocacy towards our employees and partners!

The amount of the daily waste was high and as a company who has convictions that Sustainability is central in its business and committed to Carbon neutraly by 2030, we needed to changed the habits and raise awareness towards this subject.

The project was led by Meghan Osterle, an Trim Technician and others leadership members. I was in charge of the communication and internal coordination.

For this project I provided:

  • Templates, ideas and thoughts for the 2020 Plan
  1. Weekly newsletter
  2. Template creation for official communications
  3. Internal contest Kit with "The Mug Challenge"
  4. Medias opportunities for big celebration day such as Earth Day
  • Implementation the project in the global editorial communication calendar
  1. On Social media for external communication
  2. Update on the website
  3. Article, podcasts, interviews Q&A on the Intranet platfrom

To the left, find the first email I produced and sent to all employees to launch a Waste improvement contest "The MUG Challenge" with a calendar that employees had to check everyday they were using their reusable cups or Pledge that we offered to every employee at the beggining of the month.

Thanks to the employees participation and huge engagement, the HQ campus improved by 60% its plastic waste during the month. As employees have sustainable solutions and concrete facts about their environnemental impact, they were most likely to follow the good practices and advocate for them within their love ones. We were convinced that this kind of initiative can bring awareness to an all Automotive industry and future generations.
